Job summary

da Vinci Schools is seeking an energetic bus driver to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of students during transportation and field trips. The role requires a Class B CDL with Passenger and Student Endorsements, and candidates must pass background checks and a DOT exam.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $0.50 increase on each anniversary date, and drivers are eligible for single-coverage medical/dental/vision.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Passenger and Student Endorsement is required.
• Pass State and FBI background checks per district policies.
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Transport students safely to and from school and on field trips.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain orderly bus behavior.
• Relate well to parents, students and staff while ensuring safety.
