Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver to transport students safely to and from school, leveraging Zūm’s technology platform.

You will operate modern, air-conditioned buses, ensure passenger safety, maintain routes and schedules, and support a mission-driven team in a child-focused environment. Qualifications include being 21+, a high school diploma, legal work authorization in the U.S., and for certified drivers a CDL with P and S endorsements (or willingness to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• CDL with P and S endorsements required for certified drivers; 5 years driving experience in passenger vehicle.
• For non-certified drivers: valid license with 5 years driving experience in passenger vehicle.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and complete state/federal requirements with training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
