Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver to transport students safely to and from school using Zūm’s technology platform. You will follow policies, inspect vehicles, and maintain schedules while delivering a reliable, friendly service.

The role offers guaranteed daily hours, CDL training for non-certified drivers, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). You will join a mission-driven team dedicated to student safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45).
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
