Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking school bus drivers in Illinois who will safely transport students to and from school using Zūm’s technology platform. You will follow routes, conduct inspections, and maintain punctual schedules.

Requirements include being at least 21, a high school diploma or equivalent, and legal work status in the United States. CDL with P/S endorsements (or willingness to obtain) is required for certified drivers, with CDL training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45).
• For non-certified drivers: valid license with 3 years of driving experience.

• Safely operate assigned vehicles following policies and regulations.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 21 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
