Job Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus or van to transport students safely and on time.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior for safety.
• Comply with all traffic laws and district standards.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting when needed.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and comply with CDL guidelines.

Starting hourly rate for new drivers is $21.20, negotiable based on experience.
