Job summary

Harlow’s School Bus Services in Washington is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver. You’ll transport students safely, follow routes, and keep a clean, safe bus. Training for CDL-B will be provided, along with a DOT physical and drug screening in a drug-free workplace.

Pay starts at $27.29 per hour with 16–40 hours per week and flexible morning/afternoon shifts. This role offers community impact, reliability, and opportunities for professional development.

• Valid driver's license; willing to learn CDL-B
• Clean driving record; pass DOT physical and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time
• Drive routes confidently in all weather and traffic
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus
• Build connections with students, parents, and staff
• Assist students getting on/off the bus
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow transportation laws and route directions

What You'll Do:

As a school bus driver, you're more than just a driver — you're a trusted adult, a friendly face, and a daily source of stability for students. Your job is to:

• Get students to and from school safely and on time
• Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus
• Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff
• Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus
• Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions

What you need to drive with us:

• A valid Driver's License for one year and the willingness to learn! You'll be training for your CDL-B.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. We are a drug-free workplace!
