Mid Columbia Bus Company is seeking a Part-time School Bus Driver in Oregon. You will be a trusted adult delivering students safely to and from school and maintaining a positive, supportive environment on the bus.

We offer flexible part-time hours (mornings/afternoons), premium pay on weekends, and a meaningful opportunity to contribute to your community every day.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and preparation to obtain CDL-B.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Calm, friendly attitude with reliability and attention to detail.
• Desire to be a positive influence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Get students to and from school safely and on time.
• Drive routes confidently in various weather and traffic.
• Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus.
• Build connections with students, parents, and school staff.
• Assist students who need help getting on or off the bus.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll.
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow transportation laws, school policies, and route directions.

• Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions

What you need to drive with us:

• A valid Driver's License and the willingness to learn! You'll be training for your CDL-B.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• A calm, friendly attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• A desire to be a positive influence in your community
