Job summary

Transit Team, Inc. is seeking a reliable AM Dispatcher to support morning school bus operations in Minnesota. The role focuses on coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, and communicating with schools and families to ensure safe, on-time transportation.

Pay is $25.00 per hour with full benefits, and the schedule runs from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Ideal candidates are dependable, calm under pressure, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred.
• School bus transportation experience a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (email, routing/GPS systems)

Responsibilities
