Job summary

Beacon Mobility in Richfield, MN is seeking a reliable AM Dispatcher to support our school bus operations. You will coordinate drivers, monitor routes, and communicate with schools and families to ensure safe, on-time transportation for students.

This full-time role runs 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with pay of $25.00 per hour plus full benefits. Responsibilities include managing morning routes, relaying delays, assigning spare drivers, and keeping logs of incidents and route activity.

Qualifications

• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred.
• School bus transportation experience a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, routing/GPS systems).
