What You’ll Do

• Assist students with safely boarding and exiting the bus.
• Secure seat belts, harnesses, and wheelchairs as needed.
• Provide support to students with special needs during transport.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe, orderly environment.
• Communicate with the driver regarding student needs or concerns.
• Provide reassurance and support to students throughout the ride.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations if required.
• Help maintain a clean and safe bus environment.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and team members.

Schedule & Flexibility

Part‑time, flexible scheduling (typically 25 to 30 hours per week). Split shift opportunities with morning and afternoon routes. Additional hours may be available based on routes and needs. Ideal for retirees, stay‑at‑home parents, and those seeking meaningful part‑time work.
