GRBS Inc. is seeking a dependable Building Lead custodian for Haslett Public Schools. This role offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage, 7:00am–3:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

The job involves routine cleaning tasks, biohazard response during school hours, and potential pool maintenance duties with certification. Compensation starts at $16.75/hour. We emphasize reliability, teamwork, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and consistent in attendance.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with all team members and stakeholders.
• Finish tasks according to the building map and shift.
• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks as listed and respond to biohazard clean up calls if required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
• Answer biohazard clean up calls during the school day.
• Handle lunch setup and takedown, including moving cafe tables.
• Pool maintenance duties and ability to obtain/maintain Pool Operator Certification.
• Fulfill customer requests and keep common areas clean.
• Follow GRBS processes and maintain safety and quality standards.
