Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in Putnam, CT. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with middle and high school students to support behavioral and social-emotional goals.

You will conduct FBAs and BIPs, provide direct and indirect behavioral support, train staff, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Position Details

Key Responsibilities
