Job summary

The Greater Cincinnati School Application Consortium is seeking a Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year at Miami Whitewater Elementary in the Southwest Local School District.

The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting classroom staff, and collecting data to support Functional Behavior Assessments and progress monitoring the plans, with emphasis on safety and student participation.

Qualifications

• Valid certificate / license as issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
• Successful completion of a 40 hour online RBT course.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with teacher to adapt work and schedules to increase desired behaviors.
• Maintains safe, positive learning environments by monitoring students.
• Implements behavior plans and collects data for progress monitoring and FBA.
• Assists with transportation and daily living skills as needed.
