Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Cheltenham, PA.

The role focuses on behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with developmental disabilities, with collaboration among school staff and families to implement effective BIPs. You will conduct FBAs, develop and monitor behavior plans, train staff, and supervise RBTs as appropriate, ensuring positive student outcomes and data-driven progress

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and train classroom staff.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to implement BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
