Nyman Associates is seeking a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention in a school setting. You will collaborate with staff and families to develop BIPs, train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.

The role involves FBA administration, data collection and analysis, and ongoing supervision of RBTs when applicable, with opportunities for professional growth and impact in multiple school settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using relevant assessment tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff to ensure implementation.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams and families.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.

Position Summary:

Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensureimplementationCollect,analyze and graph behavioral data

• Consult and collaborate with the school teams

• Supervise RBTs if applicable
