The role involves coordination with school staff, families, and community providers, development of individualized treatment plans, and strict confidentiality in accordance with regulations. Indiana licensure is required, with a focus on client recovery and holistic development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with Indiana licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and youth in a mental health setting.
• Active Indiana licensure in LMHC/LMFT/LSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals and provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Provide outpatient mental health services focused on client recovery.
• Conduct intakes and initial family assessments, and monitor therapies.
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs through interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration with staff.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
