Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience with Boys & Girls Clubs or similar organization.
• Understanding of youth development principles, behavior management, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club at school-based sites.
• Supervises staff, provides training, and oversees facilities management.
• Builds community relations and manages membership administration.
• Leads program delivery to achieve Youth Development Outcomes.
• Collaborates with school site administration and internal teams.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and adherence to funding requirements.
• Plans and executes programs with grant compliance and sustainability.
• Monitors budgets and ensures expenditures align with plans.
