Job summary

RAMS, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Trauma/Grief & Loss Group Counselor for the San Francisco Wellness Centers Program. The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed group services in public high schools and providing crisis support to school communities.

The position requires a Master’s degree in relevant fields and licensure or registration. Experience in school-based mental health and youth crisis work is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure as an MFT or LCSW or registration with BBS preferred.
• Experience delivering mental health and substance abuse services in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma, grief and mindfulness groups across 18 Wellness Center sites in SF high schools.
• Respond to school-wide crises; debriefing, short/long-term groups, risk assessments, and consultations.
• Provide crisis intervention, assessments, and case management in school-based settings.
