Qualifications

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• LPC or LCSW licensure upon hire (Pennsylvania).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in school settings.
• Maintain patient care plans and refer patients when needed.
• Develop and implement quality intervention plans with measurable goals.
• Complete same-day documentation linking notes to the treatment plan.
• Document follow-up instructions to medical team members.
• Initiate and facilitate referrals for mental health services.
• Maintain caseload and manage scheduling and open encounters.
• Address financial or billing issues and track insurance contacts.
