The position requires Missouri licensure or provisional licensure and a relevant master's degree, with opportunities for supervision, telehealth, and ongoing professional growth within a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed or provisionally licensed in Missouri for the applicable profession.
• Master's degree in a license-eligible field with licensure plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students and monitor emotional wellbeing.
• Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations within regulatory timeframes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting student needs and goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy interventions including trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with school personnel, caregivers, and other providers to coordinate services.
• Participate in clinical staffing meetings and treatment reviews, offering progress insights.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist with transitions of care and discharge planning.
