Centerstone is seeking a school-based therapist to provide counseling services to students with behavioral or mental health needs. The role includes individual, family, and group therapy, plus attendance at meetings and consultation to staff.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and license-eligibility, with starting pay in the $42,300–$46,700 range for Cleveland/Bradley County, TN.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• License-eligible in the applicable discipline is preferred.
• Clinical experience through practicum/internship or related work is required.
• Strong ability to formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to students in a school setting in a timely manner.
• Deliver family and group counseling as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Participate in meetings and provide consultation to school staff.
