Job summary

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• You will be providing therapeutic individual and group counseling services for clients and their families in a school setting through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and referral process. Schools are located in Mt. Pleasant, TN.
• You will respond to school crises with support of supervisor and administration team.
• You will complete clinical documentation as required by the agency.
• You will treat clients and co-workers with respect and promote an awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural backgrounds and needs of the clients served.
• You will provide consultation and training to the school, administrators, and service providers with the support of SBT Leadership.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:A master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or another related field.
• Experience:You must be fully licensed or temporary licensed in Tennessee as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW.
