Job summary

Centerstone seeks a qualified School-Based Therapist to provide therapy to middle and high school students at Macon County Middle School, Macon County High School, and Red Boiling Springs campus. The role emphasizes building connections with youth and applying clinical judgment in diverse settings.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field, license-eligibility, and clinical practicum experience; salary ranges start in the low $40k and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field and license-eligibility preferred.
• Clinical practicum/internship experience in behavioral health essential.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to school-age clients within Macon County schools.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain treatment plans.
• Respond to supervisory directions and urgent clinical needs as applicable.
• Maintain good clinical judgment in client care and safety.
• Coordinate care and communicate with school staff and families.
