Brightli is seeking a School Based Therapist for Moberly, MO. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field and an active/eligible license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Telehealth-friendly, with school-site service delivery and crisis response capabilities. The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with school staff and other professionals.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Licensed in the state of practice (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) or eligible for licensure.
• Willing to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, family counseling (in-clinic or school-based).
• Complete intake, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and track progress.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings; supervise trainees as needed.
• Respond to crises and coordinate emergency services when required.
• Deliver group education and specialty services (e.g., trauma, co-occurring therapy).
• Ensure accurate documentation per state standards and agency guidelines.
