Job summary

Brightli in Springfield, MO is seeking a Clinical Provider - Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, including telehealth options.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and active licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), with opportunities for licensure in additional states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure with LPC/LCSW/LMFT as applicable.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in person or through telehealth.
• Complete assessments, determine diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorder services.
• Respond to crises and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and referral partners to coordinate care and service authorizations.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation meeting standards.
• Participate in treatment meetings and provide supervision when qualified.
• Support client transitions and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
