Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) in CA.
• 2+ years of experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• Experience training and coaching educational professionals and parents/guardians.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based mental health services (individual, group, family therapy).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for students.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the school-based program.
• Support families and coordinate with school staff and partners.
