Brightli seeks a School Based Therapist to provide on-site counseling and case management in Howard/Cooper County schools. You will deliver clinical assessments, interventions, and coordinate access to community resources during school hours.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in a licensure-eligible field (Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work) and are actively licensed or on track for PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or PLMFT/LMFT, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a licensure-eligible field of study such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active licensure as (or on track to become licensed as): PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT/LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Individualized counseling to meet student needs during school hours.
• Caseload management aligned with supervisory guidelines.
• Academic success support and prevention/intervention services.
