Job summary

ReDiscover’s Children's Community Service Program in Missouri is seeking a School Based Therapist to join a mission-driven team. You will provide biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver services in homes, schools or the community, with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a social science field and licensure candidates; two years of direct work with children/adolescents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a social science field as defined by MO licensing.
• Two years clinical experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Ability to work with individuals facing multiple challenges and maintain client focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and case management as appropriate.
• Assess using diagnostic tools; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure timely, clear communication with clients, families and partners.
• Coordinate with supervision and training for challenging cases; meet service timeframes.
