Job summary

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a Therapist I/II for school-based services in the St. Louis area. The role involves providing trauma-informed therapy to students, with a hybrid model of in-person and virtual sessions to support academic success.

The Therapist I may be LMSW/PLPC with licensure in progress, while Therapist II requires full licensure (LCSW/LPC) and Missouri Medicaid credentialing, plus 2–5 years post-licensure experience. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Therapist I requires licensure or eligibility (LMSW/PLPC).
• Therapist II requires licensure (LCSW/LPC) and credentialing with Missouri Medicaid.
• Must be 21+ and pass background check, physical and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, trauma-informed therapy for students to support learning.
• Deliver in-person and hybrid sessions to meet referral needs across districts.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to address behavioral and emotional needs.
