Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to support students in Franklinton, Youngsville and Louisburg, NC with a school-year schedule.

Associate-level clinicians receive weekly supervision toward full licensure at no out-of-pocket cost, with salaries starting at $54,000 and higher for licensed clinicians, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits. You will collaborate with teachers and parents to promote student well-being and success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active NC license (or in licensure-supervision path) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, parents and administrators to support student success.
• Design and implement tailored, evidence-based programs for diverse student needs.
• Promote inclusive school climate and student well-being.
