The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring a School-Based Therapist in North Wilkesboro, NC, offering a $1000 sign-on bonus and free weekly supervision toward full licensure. This role supports LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT associates and associates, with a school-year schedule and competitive pay.

You will provide counseling to students, collaborate with teachers and families, and design programs addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Current NC license: LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT, or an associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA). Associates are strongly encouraged to apply, since supervision is on us.
• School-based mental health experience preferred, not required.
• A real passion for student success.

Responsabilidades

• Support student well-being: individual and group counseling for emotional, behavioral and social challenges.
• Build collaborative partnerships: work with educators, parents and administrators to support student success.
• Design tailored programs: create meaningful, evidence-based support for diverse student needs.
