Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to support student well-being through individual and group counseling in a school setting.

You will partner with teachers and parents to address emotional and behavioral needs, while pursuing licensure with weekly supervision included at no cost. The role follows a school-year schedule and offers bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Current NC license required (LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT) or an associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA).
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• School-based mental health experience preferred.
• Passion for student success.
