Job summary

Professional Services Group is seeking School-Based Therapists in Wisconsin for our Washington County programs. The role involves delivering school-based psychotherapy to K-12 students, team collaboration with school personnel, and family involvement as needed.

Part-time with opportunities to develop into full-time, hours roughly 7:30–5:00, some travel with mileage reimbursement. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in a related field and Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LPC-IT, LCSW, or APSW).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field required.
• Wisconsin licensure: LPC/LPC-IT/LCSW/APSW required/eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
• Create and review client treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy in accordance with the child's treatment plans.
• Intervene as an advocate for clients in emergencies/crises.
• Organize and facilitate structured group, individual and/or family activities.
• Provide consultation to the child's school and school personnel as needed.
• Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved.
