Job summary

BTST Services LLC in Maryland is seeking a School Based Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in assigned schools, collaborating with a community therapist to ensure wraparound care.

You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, participate in interdisciplinary teams, document progress per COMAR and licensing requirements, and support school staff with mental health education. A Maryland license (LMSW/LGPC/LCPC or LCSW-C) is required.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Maryland (LMSW/LGPC/LCPC/LCSW-C).
• Excellent communication with empathy and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate with school-based and community providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, therapeutic services to individuals and families per policy and COMAR.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy and crisis intervention.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork and coordinate with school partners.
• Document treatment efforts and progress timely per regulations.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards and support school staff.
