Job summary

PSG/CIP seeks a Wisconsin-licensed or in-training School-Based Therapist to serve adolescents in the Burlington Area School District. The role starts part-time with a path to full-time, working within a 9-month school year in local schools.

Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, school-based consultation, and family involvement as needed. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our community-focused program.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin-licensed or in-training therapist serving adolescents in schools.
• Experience with school-based mental health services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess therapeutic needs and complete formal assessments.
• Create and review treatment plans and provide psychotherapy as per plans.
• Intervene in emergencies/crises advocating for clients.
• Address family systems, mental health, parenting, and substance issues through therapy.
• Organize/group/individual/family activities.
• Provide consultation to schools and staff as needed.
• Coordinate services with other providers.
