Job summary

Canvas Health in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist for a school-based program, delivering diagnostic assessments and therapy to students and families within the school setting during the school day, with some home or community visits.

You will collaborate with school psychologists, social workers, teachers, and other mental health providers, provide case consultations and training, and support families with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Current and valid Minnesota LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.
• Eligibility to become credentialed provider with insurance entities.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy services to students and families in the school setting.
• Deliver services primarily at school with occasional home or community visits.
