People Incorporated Mental Health Services in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our School-Based Mental Health Services team. This role supports children in their school environment, coordinating care with school staff to improve access to behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include developing therapeutic relationships with children and families, conducting individual therapy, and creating treatment plans with regular evaluation of progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior sciences is required.
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Pursuing LP/LPCC/LMFT/LICSW with supervision toward licensure available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with children, parents, and other family members.
• Conduct individual therapy and, as needed, family and group therapies.
• Create and implement treatment plans and regularly evaluate effectiveness.
