Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking mental health therapists to provide consultation, advocacy, program development, and therapy services to students and families within PG Community Schools.

Join a team dedicated to wraparound treatment, psychiatry, on-site services, and community partnerships. This full-time W2 role offers sign-on bonuses and a compensation range based on licensure and experience, with bilingual Spanish enhancing earning potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed in Maryland (LMSW/LGPC/LCPC/LCSW-C) or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in urban school setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Consult with school staff and parents to support student growth.
• Develop and implement school-based mental health plans and interventions.
• Coordinate with RTI teams to create plans of assistance for students at risk.
• Maintain compliance with CARF/COMAR/HIPAA and state regulations.
