This on-site role offers a balanced schedule with evenings and weekends free. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapies, collaborate with school staff and families, and support students’ well-being while pursuing licensure eligibility and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.

Job Summary

In this role, you’ll provide meaningful clinical counseling services—individual, family, and group therapy to children and teens, with a special focus on those impacted by trauma. You’ll also collaborate closely with school staff, families, and KVC teammates to ensure every child receives the highest level of care and support.

Education: Master’s degree in social work or counseling

Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
• Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports.
• Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
