Job summary

Zionsville Community Schools is seeking a Temporary Occupational Therapist for a contracted role from November 16, 2026 to February 12, 2027. This is a 40-hour-per-week on-site position at ZWMS serving students in grades 5 through 8.

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEPs, offer consultative support to teachers and staff, develop and monitor goals, participate in evaluations and IEP meetings, and document progress and services.

Responsibilities

• Providedirect occupational therapy services to students in accordance with the IEPs.
• Provideconsultative services to students, teachers, and other members of the educational team.
• Support students participating in the Functional Academics Program, Behavior programs, and resource programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate occupational therapy goals and objectives.
• Provide recommendations for accommodations, modifications, adaptive strategies, and environmental supports as appropriate.
• Participate in student evaluations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and case conferences as appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate documentation related to services, student progress, evaluations, and goals.
• Develop quarterly IEP progress monitoring information based on student data.
