Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers and scores speech therapy assessments and comprehensive evaluations.
• Interprets results and prepares formal written reports within 10 working days.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provides therapy in classrooms and other settings for generalization of skills.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to review progress and plan care.
• Documents progress notes, schedules, and billing using required systems.
