Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy for K-12 students in Little Rock, AR. You will assess, plan, and deliver services to support communication goals within IEPs.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and teams to maximize student outcomes, complete IEPs, and monitor progress. Licensure, background check, and TB clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
