Job summary

Cynergy Rehab Group in Arkansas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to support students’ communication needs while collaborating closely with educators and families in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain timely electronic documentation and manage caseload effectively.
