Job summary

ACCESS Group Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with speech and language disorders.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student learning and daily communication goals. Responsibilities include annual evaluations, timely written reports, in-class therapy, and regular communication with families; minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current Arkansas license as a Speech Therapist.
• Current certification by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA).
• One year of experience working with the indicated client population is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administers and scores speech therapy assessments and completes comprehensive evaluations at least annually.
• Interprets evaluation results and completes a formal, written report within 10 working days.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
• Provides therapy in classroom and other settings to generalize skills.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to discuss progress and plans of care.
• Documents schedules, progress notes, and billing in deTaso; discharge summaries when appropriate.
• Maintains safety guidelines and attends meetings/trainings as required.
• Communicates with parents/guardians regularly regarding client progress.
