Job description

Soliant Education is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist near Waukesha, WI. This contract position is primarily focused on Elementary School students and is ideal for professionals eager to contribute their expertise on-site for the current school year with the opportunity for annual renewal.

Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• Comfortable serving a caseload of mostly mild-to-moderate, with some severe needs, and experience with AAC devices a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to School Aged students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Support students with diverse communication needs using evidence-based practices
• Travel to multiple school sites within the district if required

Compensation Details

• Weekly Paychecks
• Hourly Pay Rate: $48-$53
