Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based network on a full-time basis. You will provide therapy services to students with various communication challenges and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support academic and social success.

You’ll work in a supportive environment with access to mentorship (for CFs) and manageable caseloads, while benefiting from competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF supervision available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs to ensure legal and ethical compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic strategies and technologies, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions to support diverse student populations.
• Provide training or guidance to classroom staff, if applicable, to generalize communication strategies.
