Job summary

Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based assignment across multiple districts. You will deliver therapy, support IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related services to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Indiana IPLA license (or eligibility).
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and other related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies and AAC.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse populations.
• Provide training or guidance to classroom staff to generalize communication strategies.
