Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Prince William County, VA. This contract runs from August 17, 2026, to June 12, 2027, and is performed onsite at multiple school sites with a 35-hour workweek across Dale City, Dumfries, and Woodbridge.

You will provide speech-language services to K-12 students, assess and treat, and collaborate with teachers and families. VA SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY status are required or beneficial in a supportive school

Qualifications

• Virginia SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY status is required or beneficial.
• Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable working onsite at school locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximise student progress.
• Document all sessions and maintain compliance with school policies and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute during multidisciplinary discussions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
