Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based therapy near Yelm, WA for the 2026-2027 year. Four part-time roles are available, each 7.5 hours weekly, onsite only, caring for a 45-50 student caseload throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, evaluations, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with educators and families to support IEP goals and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently with a diverse student population.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs.
• Conduct initial evaluations, reassessments, and progress monitoring.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams on student needs and interventions.
• Create individualized goals and monitor outcomes for students on the caseload.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for best student outcomes.
