Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a Virginia school setting. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and monitor individualized therapy plans, and participate in IEP meetings with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student progress.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP licensure in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs welcome to apply.
• School-based experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans targeting communication disorders.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
